These terms govern the use of the bilkarium.bg website. By opening and using the site you accept them as they stand. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

The site is informational. It presents the space, the programme of events and the menu. No online sales take place through it, no payments are accepted and no distance contracts are concluded. Bookings and event sign-ups are arranged through the contact details provided.

Information on events, prices and the menu

The published information is indicative and does not constitute a public offer to contract. The programme, times, prices and menu may change, including after publication. Before making a journey or incurring an expense, please confirm they are current using the contact details on the site.

Contact form

You can send us an enquiry through the form. It is a way to get in touch, not to conclude a contract — sending a message does not create a booking and does not oblige us. Please do not send health information, banking details or other sensitive data through it.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, logo and layout of the site are protected by copyright and related rights. You may read, print and share links to them for personal use. Reproduction, adaptation and commercial use require prior written consent.

Governing law and dispute resolution

Bulgarian law applies to everything not covered here. Disputes are settled by agreement and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you may contact Commission for Consumer Protection, Sofia 1000, 4A Slaveykov Sq., floor 3, tel. 0700 111 22, www.kzp.bg, as well as the conciliation commissions attached to it for alternative dispute resolution.

Note: The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) No 524/2013. This page therefore contains no link to it.
