What BILKARiUM is
BILKARiUM is an events space and herbal bar at 106 Otets Paisiy Street in central Sofia. We serve no alcohol. Instead we pour herbal elixirs, homemade lemonades, teas with mushroom tinctures and our own alcohol-free cocktails, and we fill the evenings with live music, conversation and people.
Live music and events
Every week our warm indoor garden has a programme: concerts and acoustic evenings, talks, creative classes, circles and practices. We give the stage to artists with a voice of their own, not background music for dinner.
What we pour
Herbal elixirs to our own recipes, homemade lemonades, seasonal teas with selected mushroom tinctures, and alcohol-free cocktails that stand on their own - not "something without alcohol", but drinks with character.
A venue to hire
The whole space can be reserved for a birthday, hen party, company event or team building, with a healthy menu, catering or brunch from our chefs.
